A Place For Your Furry Children: This House In Thailand Is Every Pet Parent’s Dream

Located in Thailand’s “National Kitchen,” the house seamlessly blends aspects both humans and dogs are sure to adore.

Different people have different reasons for keeping a companion animal—some find animals adorable, others enjoy the companionship they offer, while others simply love the idea of having another being provide true unconditional love. Whatever the reasons may be, it’s an inarguable fact that pet lovers exist all over the world, with many of those having a particular fondness for dogs.

It’s no surprise, then, that for this particular owner based in the agricultural province of Nakhon Pathom in Thailand, he wanted a house that highlighted not only the characteristics that defined his home, but he wanted a simple abode that could address both his needs and that of his dogs that he loved dearly.

The aptly-named Dog/Human house made by EKAR Architects based in Bangkok offers many canine-friendly features, such as a pool that has small steps to allow for dogs to step in and out easily. The home was also designed to be fuss-free and easy to clean, with one notable feature being the sharp, gutter-free roof which leads rainwater straight down to the soil.

The overall design of The Dog/Human house encourages its residents (humans and canines notwithstanding) to grow and live closer together, not only physically, but emotionally, too.

Would you live in a house like this with your pets? Sound off and let us know your thoughts!
